1st Yale Undergraduate Summer Workshop on Ancient DNA and Bioinformatic Methods
The TUCCI Lab organized the 1st Yale Undergraduate Summer Workshop in ancient DNA analysis that took place on campus on June 21-24 2021, in collaboration with Giselle Caccone Lab at the Department of Ecology & Evolutionary Biology. Yale undergraduate students had the amazing opportunity to learn how to extract ancient DNA in a clean room, and cutting-edge bioinformatics methods to analyze genomic datasets.
